Invited by Irene Sim, Managing Director, Executive Leadership Coach and Founder of the Allies to All-Women in Leadership Network to deliver a 20-minute keynote address on your Leadership Journey with the theme of the event being Spotlight on LOT Actions, sharing my life/leadership journey and the LOT actions that have shaped you into the powerful leader you are today. The event is to celebrate the graduation of a cohort of Canberra-based participants of Coaching Alliance Group’s Emerging Women Leaders Program, CALD intake (EWLP-CALD). The focus of the Program is to coach women on the leadership skills that enable them to transform from the inside out to thrive as leaders on their own terms. Event was held at the University of Canberra and sponsored by UCX.
