Description
Initiated and established the journal; manage all editorial tasks, including national and international liaison; manage peer review process, literary deposit at NLA, and promotion (including Scopus listing); support guest editors for special issues; recruit 'keynote' authors to raise profile of journal; publish two main and several 'capsule' issues each year.
