I was invited to serve as a committee member for a Higher Degree by Research (HDR) thesis at the University of Northern British Columbia. My role involved reviewing and providing detailed feedback on the thesis across multiple stages, including the proposal defence and final defence. Over the course of this two-year commitment, I actively participated in evaluating the candidate’s progress, offering scholarly input, and contributing to the final examination discussions. The thesis, which has now successfully passed examination, is titled: "From Cubicles to Couches: Exploring the Relationship Between Hybrid Workplace, Organizational Political Engagement, Workplace Anxiety, and Job Engagement."
