Activity: Talk or presentationInvited talk

Description

Many older people have difficulties using contemporary technological devices due to increased complexity both in terms of functionality and interface design. Inability to use modern technologies such as computers, mobile devices, the Internet, and ever-increasing self-care medical devices puts the older population at a disadvantage in terms of their ability to live and function independently. In this talk, I will share some critical aspects we faced during researching with older people and challenges encountered during our study on developing an approach to help designers create intuitive to use interfaces for older adults
