On 13 November 2025, a full day workshop was convened by The Better Cities Initiative and hosted by Nicolette Boele MP (Member for Bradfield). The select group of attendees discussed strategies to promote the embedding of deliberative processes in Australian democracy. I was invited to provide expert input at the workshop, including presenting the findings from the Connecting to Parliament project, and the nationally representative survey on Australian citizens' attitudes to deliberative engagement.
