Invited as one of five international academic experts to serve on the Expert Reference Committee for International IDEA’s global project Perceptions of Democracy - a new cross-national survey examining how people assess the quality and performance of democracy worldwide. In this role, I contributed to the design, implementation and evaluation of the survey, providing specialist advice on democratic theory, measurement, and comparative assessment to support the robustness, validity and global relevance of the instrument.
