This Masterclass invites you to consider 12 evidence-based ways in which we look after our wellbeing. What we know from research is that if too many of these areas of self care are compromised, then it is difficult to be in a state of health. Conversely, if we have a critical mass of these areas in balance, we tend to have higher levels of wellbeing, happiness and resilience. In this workshop you will be guided to take stock of your own quest for wellbeing.
