Personal profile
Biography
I’m a Research Fellow at the University of Canberra’s Health Research Institute, where I get to combine my love of evidence-based practice with a deep commitment to community health. My work focuses on public health and health promotion, with a special interest in reducing health disparities - especially in Indigenous and migrant communities.
I’m passionate about making sure research isn’t just numbers on a page but something that actually helps people. I believe in community-led approaches, listening before acting, and making health decisions with people, not just for them.
Always learning, always listening - and always up for a good health equity conversation over coffee.
