My career has centred on leading knowledge development, translation, and implementation to inform education and policy advocacy, underpinned by a strong commitment to disability rights and a deep understanding of the related sociopolitical landscape. I have led the design and implementation of disability and inclusion programs in higher education, within Faculties of Health and Education, and have established a nationally and internationally recognised research profile in transformative and inclusive disability research. My work is driven by a commitment to informing policy and advancing effective policy advocacy to promote equity and inclusion for people with disabilities
