Biography

Rana is a Senior Lecturer in the Discipline of Counselling, Faculty of Health, at the University of Canberra. She is the Course Convener for the face-to-face program and convenes several of the online postgraduate units. Dr. Tayara current research focuses on the lived experience of counsellors who have psychological or neurodevelopmental issues and its impact on their clinical practice. Her research interests ais also around psychological wellbeing and war, resiliency, trauma, and social anxiety.
