Biography

I am currently a Lecturer in Clinical Psychology at the University of Canberra, primarily teaching into the Master of Clinical Psychology program. I am also a clinical psychologist and approved supervisor with the Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA). 

My research and clinical interests similarly align in supporting child and family mental health and wellbeing. 

In my clinical practice, I am interested in providing prevention and intervention to children with a range of mentla health difficulties, including neurodivergent children, children who have experienced trauma, and providing parenting support. 

Similarly, I completed my PhD in Clinical Psychology at the Australian National Univeristy focusing on the acceptability and effectiveness of attachment, emotion-focused, and behavioural parenting interventions for improving child and adolescent mental health outcomes.

I am particularly motivated in bringing these areas together in my teaching and supervision of psychology students. I currently supervise Honours level research and can provide clinical supervision for provisional psychologists.
