Biography
Dongyue (Tracy) Yang is a Lecturer in Accounting and the Program Director of the Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Canberra. She teaches Management Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, and Auditing. Before joining UC in January 2025, she worked as a Lecturer at the University of Newcastle's Singapore campus from 2022 to 2024. During her time there, she coordinated the Bachelor of Commerce program and served as a member of the Industry Advisory Board for the Business Discipline. Her research interests include corporate governance, regulatory change, executive compensation, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) issues. Tracy is an active member of the Accounting and Finance Association of Australia and New Zealand (AFAANZ) and is dedicated to impactful research and teaching excellence.
