    Project: Research

    Project Details

    Description

This application will support the purchase of 5-laser Aurora spectral flow cyotometer to be housed at the Australian National University. Spectral flow cytometry captures full fluorophore emission spectra, enabling highly multiplexed assays with greater sensitivity. Acquiring this technology will enhance research in veterinary microbiology, environmental pest control, synthetic biology, and plant sciences. It will improve vaccine response analysis, aid feral pest immunological control, refine synthetic biology constructs, and advance plant resilience studies. This investment will accelerate research, foster collaborations, and position our institution at the forefront of innovative science.
