Building Wellbeing into regional decision-making: supporting and enabling Australia's Rural Leaders

In recent decades, global investment in better understanding how to understand and support wellbeing has resulted in a body of knowledge that is ready to be applied in Australia’s rural communities (see Appendix 1). This provides a unique opportunity for rural communities, who can take advantage of this understanding to monitor how their wellbeing is changing, and to build wellbeing into their decision making.
