Description
The Commission for Gender Equality in the Public Sector (CGEPS) is looking to establish a suite of reusable priority performance measures, which can be used to monitor and report on the Victorian public sector’s progress toward gender equality over time. The Commission is looking to make use of its existing gender equality data collection processes, and distil the large number of data items (i.e. the approximately 150 measures derived from workforce and employee experience data) into a manageable set of metrics that can be used to meaningfully track and support progress over time. Options for the potential collection of new or amended metrics are also within scope. The Commission is seeking expert advice to support this process of progress measures identification.
