Description
The purpose of this project is to undertake a comparison of the analytical sensitivity, specificity and repeatability of GENOSIS® platforms (XING Technologies) against the Franklin® portable thermocycler (Biomeme, Inc.) in detecting environmental DNA from invasive red-eared slider turtle (Trachemys scripta sub. Elegans) in experimental conditions.
