Description

The aims of the present investigation are to develop an evidence-based data-driven heat policy specific to the demands of elite football in both male and female players, that will identify and validate the environmental conditions at which i) cooling breaks should be implemented to mitigate the undue risk of exertional heat illness in players, and ii) when matches should be cancelled/postponed.
