Embedding the Change- how can the social, environmental and economic benefits of heritage be more effectively embedded in Australian public policy?

Project: Research

Project Details

Description

This research will explore new lenses through which to reimagine the social, economic and environmental work that heritage does in the broad context of sustainability. It will do this by collating current evidence for those impacts as a starting point for investigating specific policy mechanisms (such as economic appraisal and tax incentives) that might link heritage to wider public policy agendas including placemaking and decarbonisation.
