The end product of this project will be context-sensitive community engagement models based on best practice methods for the tourism industry (where 'industry' is defined to include Government tourism agencies). These models will be superior because they will be based on both the Industry's and the community's ideas of best practice methods, developed from extensive consultation with key informatives and tested with survey questionnaires.
