School composition is understood as inclusive of stage (primary, high, secondary), ICSEA, location, staff levels and student composition and related funding. This project will examine the relationship between staffing size/composition, teaching loads, funding, and senior secondary subjects offered, high school electives offered, enrichment programs offered (primary), with reference to school composition. This includes face-to-face and online modes, and primary enrichment programs that lead to later senior secondary outcomes. Approaches to ensuring the curriculum guarantee (primary & secondary) through appropriate staffing will be considered, such as retraining of teachers in areas of oversupply.
