Description

A research project, ‘A Month of Yarning. Health care journeys for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the Australian Capital Territory’ is in its final stages of completion. As part of the protocol to ensure the credibility and commitment to the participants it requires a final process of consultation and dissemination of findings. Due to the retirement of the lead Indigenous researcher the work cannot progress with appropriate cultural leadership. In consultation with the Indigenous lead, Ms Joyce Graham, we have agreed that it would be helpful to have her +engage with the University of Canberra and take on the role of a research assistant to support the final consultation and dissemination of the findings with my mentoring support and collaboration from our research team
