Establishing a Case Based Learning Framework for Pipeline Engineers

The project will produce a set of case based learning experiences for professional pipeline engineers based on past incidents with specific resonance for the challenges of public safety and security of supply in a future fuels environment. The ultimate aim is to maintain and promote excellence in engineering professional practice. The project will also establish criteria for evaluation of the success/effectiveness of the learning experiences, ahead of a follow on project that will complete development, delivery, and evaluation of the various modes of case based learning identified in this project.
