Project Details
Description
This project is intended to quantify the physical demands placed on Rugby Union players. Rugby union is a field-based invasion sport that incorporates a series of intermittent bouts of high intensity activity, interspersed with longer periods of low intensity transitional motion between the high intensity activities. UC and Brumbies have a long history of interaction primarily in the men’s format, and we wish to extend this collaboration with a detailed exploration of the physical demands of training and game-based demands in female players.
