Genetics based breeding plan for CGED captive meta-population

Project: Other

Project Details

The project aims to analyse the survival and estimate of population size and trends of released captive bred Canberra grassland earless dragons (CGED) at the translocation site. Include covariates such as age, sex, hard/soft release, season, timing of release (where possible) to inform releases in the future. It will also develop R scripts and frameworks that can be used for future assessment and releases.
