Description
Aged Care Transition in Practice Programme (ACTPP): UOW Consortium with Uni of Canberra to deliver Gerontological Nursing Competencies (GNCs) to enable new graduate nurses to complete specialist pathways in aged care:
•Essential GNC
•Enhanced GNC
Both pathways are structured around six-month programmes. Two distinct pathways create a progressive career pathway to enable the participants to gain specialist gerontological nursing credentials at six month and 12-month landmarks.
