This will be a collaborative research project between the people involved with the Kamberra development and likely to cover the following types of research related activities include:
• Enhancing the efficiency of apartment building design through placement, location, material choice and general layout
• Improving the recycling and reduction of waste streams within apartment buildings
• Implementation of building information modelling systems to enhance construction and building management
• Developing approaches to enhance the use of space between apartment buildings
