Living with Dementia Survey

The research will collect information from people who have been diagnosed with dementia (people living with dementia) and from people who care for people who have been diagnosed with dementia (informal carers), on their experiences in the community and with the health, aged care, and other formal support systems. Information on the experiences of people living with dementia may need to be collected from informal carers on behalf of, or alongside, people living with dementia.
