This project will research the measurement of the value of information and communication technologies (ICT's) in schools in Australia, the UK and USA. Three structured case studies will be developed: one in a school in each country. The case studies will provide insights into the value of ICT in schools. The aim is to include both tangible and intangible assets in the measurements. The study will benefit policy makers and school leaders.
