Project Details
Description
This project aims to generate policy-relevant research on disinformation in the Philippines. It is a continuation of the research conducted from January to May 2019 which tracked disinformation tactics used by political campaigns in the Philippines’ midterm elections. This time, the project’s focus shifts to examining Filipinos’ considered views on legislating disinformation and generating citizen-led reocmmendations that can inform policies in regulation.
