Project Details
Description
This project aims to:
Enhance the accessibility, engagement, and educational impact of STEM museum exhibits and programming for families with 0- to 6-year-old children, with a focus on regional and rural communities.
Through three interrelated and partially overlapping phases of investigation, the proposed study will iteratively design, assess, and longitudinally evaluate empirically based scaffolds and modifications to STEM museum exhibits and programing to support nationwide access to the same high-quality, hands-on experiences in STEM found at science museums for families with 0-6-year-old children.
