Description

The aim of the study is to assess and analyse the impact of National Competition Policy on the labour market for lawyers, including employment, incomes, gender and type of work, and the organizations in which lawyers are employed. It will also monitor and provide a preliminary assessment of the impact of labour market changes on the survival and reproduction of ethical values in the legal profession. The project will result in a number of publications and contribute to policy with respect to lawyers' services for business, industry, and citizens' needs for access to the legal system.
