Project Details
Description
The aims are to analyse the operation of the new public service model in the Australian Capital Territory, and to compare it with the approaches of other reforming systems. The significance will be the first comparative analysis of Australian and New Zealand experiments with the model; advancing understanding of its operation at the sub-national level; and providing an analysis of how the model is evolving. The expected outcomes are the production of a study of the impact of the new model based on comparisons between reform approaches; an evaluation of the Australian Capital Territory application of the new model.
