The Centre fo Invasive Species Solutions wishes to undertake a project for the purposes of a comparison of the analytical sensitivity, specificity and repeatability of GENOSIS® platforms (XING Technologies) against the Franklin® portable thermocycler (Biomeme, Inc.) in detecting environmental DNA from invasive red-eared slider turtle (Trachemys scripta sub. Elegans) in experimental conditions. They wish to engage the University of Canberra to provide the research services in the form of a consultancy.
