In high performance sport:
• Athlete talent identification is currently predominantly based on subjective coach-based assessments of ability
• Success in high performance sport is intrinsically linked to an exposure to higher risk of injury,
• Concussion increases the risk of soft tissue injury.
This project aims to commercialise a novel, multi-modal test battery for easily accessible athletic talent identification and validation, prediction of risk of injury, and diagnosis of concussion.
