Visitor Satisfaction Coordination

This project will oversee and coordinate several projects undertaken in Victoria, South Australia and New South Wales on visitor satisfaction funded through local network funds. The coordination project will ensure members use existing knowledge derived from the Satisfaction Question Bank Monitoring project headed by University of Canberra. The funds will cover costs for liaising with team members to ensure consistent methods are used in all projects drawing upon existing knowledge
