A succession of data-bases, Advanced Information Processing (AIP) and Intelligent Decision-Making Technologies (IDT) have evolved rapidly over the past five decades. This cumulative evolution of Intelligent Decision Support Systems (IDSSs) has served to stimulate industrial activity and enhanced the lives of most people that the modern world.
