The usefulness of reviews are analyzed in this work which comes from both professional and non-professional customers by comparing the customer reviews with their profiles. For doing this analysis we performed three major steps such as, calculating customer review quality, calculating behavior quality of customer and review comparison. To evaluate the final result we have used Chi-Square Method. It is one of the best and easiest method to formulate the score of comparison between customer’s profile and their review. The results proved that our proposed system on using more number of factors produced high efficiency and accuracy in gathering the behavior.
