Abstract

This chapter examines the inherent complexities involved in determining the number of people who may be on the move. The chapter then turns to the conceptual challenges involved in naming and framing people movement in the climate change context. Finally, the chapter discusses at some length the legal and policy avenues which have been explored in respond to such environment.
