    Abstract

    The last chapter in the professional sport section of the Handbook of Sport and COVID-19 examines the impact of COVID-19 from a legal and sports law perspective. Written by two sport law scholars, the chapter investigates how prepared the sport industry was to deal with the global health crisis and the impact that resulted, especially from a legal and regulatory standpoint.
