Create-a-Place Evaluation Report Part 1

This Report provides an evaluation of the Create-a-place x 3 Project funded by the City Renewal Authority as part of the first round of the 2018 Grants in the City program. The project was initiated by Wellspring Environmental Arts & Design. Reflective journaling was selected as one of two methods to evaluate the Create-a-place x 3 Project because it enabled the practitioners to conduct an explicit, systematic and critical reflective evaluation of the creative input, outcomes and impact of their urban intervention within the broader creative context.
