Abstract
“AI is not replacing you in your job, but someone who can use AI will.” This philosophy drives my assessment design, integrating AI to boost HR students’ employability and critical thinking. I will outline the principles and steps taken to create and implement an AI-focused assignment in a core Bachelor of Business unit at the University of Canberra. Insights and reflections will be shared which shall enhance the student experience in 2025. Join the discussion on identifying and developing discipline-specific, professional, and academic skills for authentic assessments.
