Abstract
Technology can be used to support patient recovery, and nurses should select the most appropriate digital resources to address clinical issues in clinical decision making. In particular, nurses should develop competencies and digital skills with regard to the principles of safe and effective management of available digital health programs that support the best evidence to assist in their general care. The chapter describes how technology can support the patients' recovery process, and it proposes a positioning on the best choices of suitable digital resources targeted at clinical decision making and digital programs. In addition, the pronunciations are presented for safe and efficient administration of digital programs.
