Abstract

Future direction of college canvassed Planning is a key activity for every organisation and in this respect, the college is no different to other organisations strategy and planning is essential to enable the organisation to clarify direction and effectively move forward. We need to understand the needs of our members, where to focus and allocate resources and how to communicate our goals across the organisation. At the beginning of 2006, the college’s leadership team including the Executive Officers, the CEO and Directors, sat down to consider our overall objectives for the next 12 months.
