Abstract
Discrete Darboux–Manakov–Zakharov systems possess two distinct Hamiltonian forms (by this term we mean that equations of motion are discrete time extensions of Hamiltonian equations of motion). In the framework of discrete-differential geometry one Hamiltonian form appears in a geometry of a circular net. In this paper a geometry of the second form is identified
