Abstract
Healthcare Social Question Answering (SQA) services provide an open and free way to share knowledge and experience about health-related enquiries. We present a quadri-link cluster analysis algorithm to identify similar question using design science research and thus facilitate the reuse of archived answers in health care SQA services.
