Abstract

The High Court decision in Teoh and responses by successive federal governments to that decision - analysis of recent Federal Court decisions providing clarification on issues relating to the effectiveness of government action seeking to negate the effects of Teoh - consequences associated with the enactment of anti-Teoh legislation.
