As the world grapples with this pandemic, questions are also being raised about China’s role in the COVID-19 outbreak. The issues that are being debated include the current model of the supply chain and the need to diversify from China, global governance, and crisis management in the PostCOVID-19 world. In this context, this paper examines the significant role that India’s pharmaceutical industry can play to establish India’s rightful place among nations providing global leadership in the Post-COVID-19 world.
