Abstract

Nursing is rich with leadership opportunities, that we often think of as opportunities for others, not ourselves. Over the next two years the newly elected Leadership Succession Committee of STTI will be preparing the ballot of candidates for several positions on STTI's regional representatives, standing committees and the Board of Directors. All these positions offer wonderful avenues for members to contribute skills, knowledge and leadership as well as to build networks, learn and grow professionally and personally.
