Abstract
This article updates a prior investigation and analysis of the major features of five high-quality leadership programs in five high-performing education systems. The study was originally conducted a decade ago. After delineating key profiles of each program, we identify commonalities and variations in terms of their guiding framework, content, and operational features and show how these have changed since the original study. We also identify a number of trajectories which capture the evolution and potential direction of the diverse programs.
