Abstract

This intellectual exchange aims to stimulate further critical engagement with these issues. We invite colleagues to join this ongoing conversation about the potential for law to facilitate relational repair–and, indeed, the potential of productive destruction–in an era of unprecedented ecological challenges, while remaining mindful of the complex power dynamics and diverse legal traditions and cultures that shape our understanding of law and its role.
